Reconstruction of four trash rake cleaning machines based on the newest technological standards and safety aspects.

The mobile and rotatable trash rake cleaning machines are implemented with a raised asymmetric chassis due to the accessibility of the platform. Another special feature of the system is that the cleaning rake can be executed as a three-part separated grab rake.

The new trash rack cleaning machine is donned on top of the existing massive flushing channel of the old trash rake cleaning machine. Through corresponding reinforcements on the substructure, the generated forces are diverted into the building.

Additional access points for the rake platform are secured via this implementation through the access controls.

Austausch einer Rechenreinigung auf eine vollautomatische fahr- und drehbare Rechenreinigungsmaschine von BRAUN.

Um die Kosten zu minimieren, wurden die bestehenden Schienen der alten Rechenreinigungsmaschine belassen und die neue Schienenkonstruktion über die bestehenden Schienen gesetzt.

Die neue Anlage wurde mit einer Funkfernsteuerung und einem Wegmesssystem ausgerüstet. Zusätzlich wurde im Bereich des Einlaufes ein neues Geländer und eine geeignete Verblendung zur Vermeidung von Rechengutresten am Podium montiert.

Weiters ist es möglich, mit der Rechenreinigungsmaschine die vorhandenen Dammbalken zu setzen. Dazu kann die Putzharke demontiert und auf einer mobilen Ablegevorrichtung zwischengelagert werden.

Die Anlage wurde nach neuesten sicherheitstechnischen Bestimmungen ausgestattet.
