To ensure that everything works as it should in your BRAUN system, we recommend a regular "health check-up" by a trained BRAUN service technician at least every two years. The condition and functions of the machine are checked, control parameters and mechanical systems are readjusted if necessary, and locally stocked spare parts are checked. If desired, operating and maintenance staff will also receive refresher training. The results of the machine inspection - which may also serve as preparation for a preventive maintenance service - are summarized in a written report accompanied, including a quote for recommended replacement parts if needed.
